Date Changes
Any request for a change to the
event date (the new date) must be
made in writing (email is
acceptable) at least thirty days
(30 days) in advance of the
original event date or the new
date, whichever is sooner. Change
of event date is subject to
Photophoria’s availability and
receipt of a new booking agreement.
If there is no availability for the
new date, the deposit shall be
forfeited, and the event cancelled.
Cancellation by the Customer

Any cancellation will forfeit any
deposit payment made.
2.
Any cancellation made within
thirty days (30 days) of the
event date will forfeit the final
payment and deposit.
3.
If payment is made in full prior
to thirty days (30 days) before
the event date the deposit shall
be forfeited and the remainder
refunded.
Your deposit is non-refundable;
however, we will re-schedule your
hire date if possible. Your final
payment is non-refundable (except
where note-3 above applies) unless
Photophoria do not provide a
Photobooth hire for you.
Cancellation by PhotoPhoria
Any cancellation by Photophoria, due
to reasons beyond our control, will
result in all payments being refunded
to the customer.
